Houston Parrot Head Club was founded in 1994 by Monte Tolar. We are an officially sanctioned club with our national organization Parrot Heads in Paradise (PHIP). The club is for people who enjoy Jimmy Buffett's music and possess a tropical spirit. Our function is to provide members with social activities and to be involved with community service, as well as charitable and environmental causes.
In other words, Party with a Purpose.

Annual Membership Dues: $20.00 per person

Club Membership is renewed annually.
​
Renewal fees will be due by January 31st of each year and must be a member in good standing to attend Meeting of the Minds.
